We are so happy to welcome our customers back in store! Like all other retailers are following the safety guidelines to ensure our customers and team members are safe and well at all times. 

We are strongly encouraging our customer to book appointments for items that require some additional time and assistance, these would be:

  • Travel systems
  • Car seats
  • Pushchairs, buggies and prams

For all other purchases, and for purposeful shopping (you know what you need) there is no need to book, however, to bear in mind we are reducing our store capacity and there may be a need to join a short queue. We want your shopping experience to be a safe one, and don’t forget our home delivery service and click and collect are still in operation! Please note click and collect orders can take 1 – 3 working days before the stock is available in the selected store. If you require an item more urgently please call your preferred store to call and collect.

Q: Do I need an appointment?

A: We are advising customers to make an appointment for anything that will take some additional time and explanation, ie car seats, buggies, travel systems etc. Our team of nursery specialists are highly trained to answer all your customers so we want to make sure you can take your time with these more considered purchases.

Q: I know exactly what I need, can I just come to the store to get it?

A: Yes! Providing the item is in stock and you know what you need, you are so welcome to come to the store! Due to reduced capacity, there may be a queue or a short wait. We know this is now common practice in retail now, and appreciate your patience!

Q: If I order for click and collect can I come to the store immediately to pick up my order?

A: Please do not travel to the store until you have received your ready for collection email. This is important as we have our stock in various warehouses and there may be a transit period from when you place your order to when the item arrives at your store of choice.
