When Bella Baby opened its doors in Galway in 2008, we decided our mission was to provide mums and dads-to-be with easy access to the best brands, the right information, and the best shopping experience possible. Since then, we have grown from strength to strength and opened two more stores - Cork and our first UK store in London. WHAT’S INVOLVED IN THE JOB?
- Follow and achieve the store’s sales goals monthly by providing exceptional and personal service to our lovely customers.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Go the "extra mile” to drive sales and provide the best service for our customers.
- Cross-sell products.
- Handle returns of merchandise.
- Build productive trust relationships with customers.
- Prioritizing customer care & offering unparalleled customer service & aftercare.
- Our stores operate between 10am and 7pm Monday to Sunday.

Experience in a customer-focused, one-to-one setting is essential as we do take pride in being the best in what we do. Experience in the nursery industry is not essential as we would love to offer you full training to our exceptional standards.

Full-Time Warehouse Operative, Bella Baby Cork
Bella Baby is Ireland's leading baby store; we are currently recruiting a full-time Warehouse Operative in our Cork Store.
Bella Baby is the leader and brand of choice for an extensive choice of baby products such as Pushchairs, Car Seats & Furniture. If you would like to work in a fun, challenging and rewarding environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the efficient and professional running of the stockroom in accordance with the systems and procedures.
- Liaising with the team, as necessary, regarding stock availability, movement etc.
- Actively be involved in improving storage and stock control systems.
- Action and monitor inter-store stock movements.
- Picking and packing customer orders.
- Assembly of customer orders for collection.
Requirements:

Please note this is a physically demanding position.
